Innovative Clean Transit Reporting Tool (ICTRT)

ATTENTION: If you are registering at the Innovative Clean Transit Reporting Tool (ICTRT) for the first time and your transit agency has not submitted the Transit Agency Information, please download the Transit Agency Information spreadsheet, fill it out, and send the completed spreadsheet to the ICT program email at ICT@arb.ca.gov before you start with the registration. CARB will pre-populate transit agencies’ information into ICTRT. Once your transit agency information is entered in ICTRT, you can start with the registration.
