ATTENTION: Starting in 2021, all transit agencies, regardless of size, are required to comply with ICT reporting requirements. If a transit agency has not purchased any bus(es) for the data year, it should still report this information in the “Bus Purchases” module. Even if a transit agency does not have any buses subject to ICT, it still needs to set up an account in Innovative Clean Transit Reporting Tool (ICTRT) to ensure this information can be reported.

If you are registering at the (ICTRT) for the first time, please download the Transit Agency Information spreadsheet, fill it out, and send the completed spreadsheet to the ICT program email at ICT@arb.ca.gov before you start with the registration. CARB will pre-populate transit agencies’ information into ICTRT. Once your transit agency information is entered in ICTRT, you can start with the registration.

IMPORTANT: To finalize the annual reporting, transit users need to click on the “Update ZEB Purchase Compliance Calculation” button followed by clicking the “Update” button. The Reporting Guidance Document explains what ICTRT does, and guides transit agencies through the reporting process.
